Each tag is 38 × 58 mm and 3.6 mm thick, printed in the UK in tough PLA. The QR code is raised in black on a white panel, so it cannot peel or rub off like a sticker.

Do I need to pay a subscription?
No. Chat, location sharing, lost mode, email alerts and unlimited scans all come with the tag, for the life of the tag. There are no monthly or per-scan fees.
How much is delivery?
Delivery in the UK is free. Delivery to the EU is £2 per order.
Do I need an app?
No, and neither does the finder. The QR code opens a normal web page from any phone camera, and a tag with NFC works with a tap on most phones made in the last six years. You manage your tags in your dashboard, which is a website.
What is NFC, and do I need it?
NFC is the same thing that makes contactless payments work. A tiny chip sealed inside the tag holds its link, so a finder can touch their phone on the tag instead of scanning the QR code. It still works in the dark or if the code gets scratched, and it needs no battery. Every tag has the QR code, so NFC is optional: £2 per pack, once. The shop has a side-by-side comparison.
What if the finder speaks another language?
The finder page translates itself automatically into 8 languages, so a visitor who finds your keys can still read it and message you.
How is my number kept private?
Messages go through the Reuno relay. The finder writes to your tag, you get their message, and you reply through us. You can share your number later if you choose to.
Can I use Reuno with an AirTag?
Yes, and they work well together. An AirTag helps you see where your bag is. A Reuno tag lets whoever finds it message you. Put the Reuno tag on the outside of the bag and keep the AirTag inside.
What if the tag gets scratched or wet?
The QR code is printed as part of the tag, raised in black plastic on a white panel. It cannot peel or rub off like a sticker. The tag is waterproof, and tags with NFC have the chip sealed inside. Each tag is printed in tough PLA, but none is indestructible.
Can I move a tag to a different item?
Yes. Rename the item and update the note in your account at any time. The tag keeps working.
What happens if Reuno closes?
Your tag's QR opens reuno.co. We will never charge you to keep it working, and you can download all your data at any time from your account.
How long do business orders take?
You get a digital proof within 2 working days. Production takes about 10 working days after you approve it. We deliver across the UK and the EU.
